As an inducement to the owner/management, to accept this application, the undersigned hereby represents that the submitted facts are true and authorizes you or your agents, to verify any information contained herein and make such other investigations as it shall deem necessary to determine the undersigned's financial and credit standing and background check.
The Application Fee of $50 each must be recieved before Radcliff Apartments LLC will verify and run any credit information.
